Patient Profiles
Every day new patients arrive at our facility. We see over 3,000 patients annually. Over 135 different species come to us for care. In an effort to tell their stories of survival and highlight the diverse number of species that we rehabilitate, we try to share some of their stories here. First Patient of 2025
Our first patient this year arrived on January 2nd. This little (but fierce and mighty) Northern Saw-whet owl was found on the ground in Arlington at the Stillaguamish Tribe Natural Resources building. He is in our ICU with a significant wound on the right wing with a lot of swelling and bruising.
