Patient Profiles
Every day new patients arrive at our facility. We see over 3,000 patients annually. Over 135 different species come to us for care. In an effort to tell their stories of survival and highlight the diverse number of species that we rehabilitate, we try to share some of their stories here. Northern Flying Squirrel
He found his way to our center on 8/17 after surviving a cat AND dog attack. He was lucky that he only suffered a couple of minor puncture wounds. He was thin and dehydrated, so likely had been orphaned as well. He is recuperating in our baby mammal nursery and doing well. Status - released.
