Every day new patients arrive at our facility. We see over 3,000 patients annually. Over 135 different species come to us for care. In an effort to tell their stories of survival and highlight the diverse number of species that we rehabilitate, we try to share some of their stories here. Silver-haired bat
Just in time for Halloween we are sharing this adorable bat! She was found on the ground and has an injury to one eye. We transferred her to Happy Valley Bats for continued care. We work with bat rehabilitators in our area who specialize in bats and can provide them long term care. She will likely need to winter over as she will not be able to hibernate. Status: Transferred
