Every day new patients arrive at our facility. We see over 3,000 patients annually. Over 135 different species come to us for care. In an effort to tell their stories of survival and highlight the diverse number of species that we rehabilitate, we try to share some of their stories here. Trapped Osprey Rescued
This young Osprey was found late last Thursday at Deception Pass State Park. He was trapped in mud and struggling. Due to capture myopathy, he was unable to stand. We treated him and are happy to report he is now able to stand. He has been moved out of the ICU. Thanks to the park rangers for getting him to us for help and to the people that found him and helped save him. Status: Released
