Patient Profiles
Every day new patients arrive at our facility. We see over 3,000 patients annually. Over 135 different species come to us for care. In an effort to tell their stories of survival and highlight the diverse number of species that we rehabilitate, we try to share some of their stories here. You can also see posts on our social media pages.

Muskrat
This is an unusual patient for us. We cannot recall the last time we had a muskrat in our care. She was found in a backyard walking in circles. She is being treated for head trauma and is already improving and gaining weight. Status: Died. Sadly, her neurological issues did not resolved and she passed away on December 15.
