Patient Updates

Every day new patients arrive at our facility. In an effort to tell their story of survival and highlight the diverse number of species that we rehabilitate, we highlight a new patient each week. Some of these are individuals, others are orphaned siblings. As their cases progress - we will update the outcome - our hope is that many, many of these patients are released!

Ten Orphaned Baby Gulls

These little gulls were transferred to us by Whatcom Humane Society Wildlife Center. They needed help as they had received over 50 from one demolition location in Bellingham. All of the large wildlife rehabilitation centers in the area took a group to be sure they could all be helped. We frequently partner with other facilities to increase capacity, pair up orphans with siblings, or in this case to spread the work load around the Puget Sound. Status: Released
