Once again we are seeing baby squirrels and this is one of three orphaned Eastern Gray Squirrels that were found in Seattle. The three male squirrels were true orphans. All were dehydrated and emaciated, one has a fractured leg, but they are all stable and the leg should heal. Please don’t cut down trees until fall. Watch your lawn for rabbits nested in the grass.
