Every day new patients arrive at our facility. We see over 3,000 patients annually. Over 135 different species come to us for care. In an effort to tell their stories of survival and highlight the diverse number of species that we rehabilitate, we try to share some of their stories here. Orphaned Northern Flying Squirrel
Sadly she was found near her deceased sibling. She is now safe in our baby mammal nursery being fed a special formula. As they are nocturnal, we don’t often see them as patients. People don’t generally find them like our other species of squirrels. Status: released
